I started Iron & Bloom after my aunt's suicide and my own mental health struggles showed me how broken the mental health system is.
I watched the system fail her. I experienced therapy culture keeping me stuck in victim mentality for years.
I learned what the science actually says about mental health - and it's not what therapists tell you.
Iron & Bloom is the alternative.
